As per the information, his father had been a public school teacher. His mother was a classical musician. When he turned two his family moved to the United States. It wasn’t until he was seven years old that he started showing an interest, in playing chess. In 1990 at the tender age of three his parents went through a divorce. He didn’t develop an interest, in playing chess until he turned seven years old.
