The body of a missing Melbourne man, Justin Males, 34 years old, was found in a park in Melton on Wednesday.
Males had been missing since July 11, when he was last seen walking towards Toolern Creek after meeting a man on the gay dating app Grindr.
Victoria Police confirmed that Males’ death is not being treated as suspicious. A post mortem evaluation will be led to decide the reason for death.
Males’s family and friends have been devastated by his death. His father, Kym Males, said that Justin was “a beautiful person” who was “loved by everyone who knew him.”

A memorial service for Justin Males will be held on Saturday August 5, at 11:00 AM at the Melton Baptist Church. The help will be trailed by a gathering at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Beyondblue Foundation, a mental health organization in Australia.
